Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address and name.
• Bookings: the classes you book, cancel and attend, and payment status. Card details go directly to our payment provider and never touch epa's servers.
• Location (optional): if you allow it, your approximate location is used to show distances and sort studios by proximity. It is used per-request and not stored as a location history.
• Usage analytics: anonymous-by-default product events (screens viewed, features used) that help us improve the app.

2. What we use it for

Running the service: signing you in, processing bookings and refunds, sending you booking notifications you've opted into, showing you relevant studios, and keeping the platform safe.

3. What we share

• Studios see your name on their class roster for classes you book.
• Payment provider processes your payments.
• Service providers (hosting, analytics) process data on our behalf under contract.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account (Profile → Account → Delete account) permanently removes your account and personal data; payment records may be retained where the law requires financial record-keeping.

5. Your choices

• Location and push notifications are optional and controlled from your device settings.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask questions at hello@tryepa.com.

6. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
